Im Julia Fischer Quartett kommen vier herausragende Musikerpersönlichkeiten zusammen: Julia Fischer, Alexander Sitkovetsky, Nils Mönkemeyer und Benjamin Nyffenegger. Alle genießen sie höchstes Ansehen als Solisten. Gegründet wurde das Quartett 2010 im Rahmen von Julia Fischers Festival am Starnberger See: Hier entdeckten die vier Musiker ihre gemeinsame künstlerische Vision, gegenseitige Sensibilität und eine außergewöhnliche musikalische Chemie.
