Augustin Hadelich

Ravishing tone, the finest bow arm, a technique far beyond all norms, a sensual and transparent sound, and deep insight into each work – this is Augustin Hadelich, one of the greatest violinists of our time.

He tours right around the globe, performing as a soloist with top international orchestras. Current highlights include residencies with the Boston Symphony and at the Tongyeong Music Festival in Korea. In the summer of 2026, he will be an ‘artiste étoile’ at the Lucerne Festival, tour with the Berlin Philharmonic, and perform at the Salzburg Festival with the Vienna Philharmonic. The coming season will see the start of residencies at the Konzerthaus Wien and the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, as well as a multi-year partnership with the Mahler Chamber Orchestra, to include Mozart’s violin concertos.
