Augustin Hadelich

Ravishing tone, the finest bow arm, a technique far beyond all norms, a sensual and transparent sound, and deep insight into each work – this is Augustin Hadelich, one of the greatest violinists of our time.

He tours right around the globe, performing as a soloist with top international orchestras. Recent highlights included residencies with the Boston Symphony and at the Tongyeong Music Festival in Korea. In the summer of 2026, he was ‘artiste étoile’ at the Lucerne Festival, toured with the Berlin Philharmonic, and performed at the Salzburg Festival with the Vienna Philharmonic. The season 2026-27 brings residencies at the Konzerthaus Wien and the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, alongside the start of a multi-year partnership with the Mahler Chamber Orchestra, including performances of Mozart’s violin concertos.
